Summer is waning...

...but you can't tell by the weather, only through a very few little leaves and ferns which have already turned yellow and red. Yesterday we hiked from a McCloud, CA campground up to the gorgeous Middle Falls, a two-pronged waterfall with lovely clear pools and rushing crystal waters. The area around Mt. Shasta is rich with forested sites, mountain lakes and streams. Come enjoy them!
